Karla Hills, Art Director, is a graduate of the prestigious Creative Circus, Advertising Arts School in Atlanta, GA and is Campaign Coalition’s in-house guru of design and pre-press.

But Karla is more than a visual and graphic artist. She has a unique understanding of business and strategy that few “creatives” do. According to Campaign Coalition president and Creative Director, Shane DeRolf, “Karla makes my job way too easy. She consistently turns good ideas into great executions. And if that’s not enough, she does so with one of the most incredible work ethics I have ever had the pleasure of working with.”

Before joining Campaign Coalition, Karla’s clients included Fox Television, Giant Bicycles, Naropa University, Norwest Banks, Spectra Logic, US West Dex, Wells Fargo, Teacher’s Discovery, The Performance Group of Northern California, Wildlife Management Education Fund and the City of Durango.

Karla is the recipient of Best of Show, Denver Advertising Federation and a 1998 Silver Addy, Citation of Excellence.
